Getting the most from 100% pure noni juice
Our 100% Pure Noni is best taken on an empty stomach. This is because the
body most effectively utilises the fruit's nutrients as it reaches the
intestines, preferably without any digestive activity in the stomach first.
It can be taken upon waking and throughout the day, between meals, when the
stomach is most likely to be empty.
It can also be taken in a variety of ways; sipped regularly, taken two or
three times a day, or as a morning 'shot'. Some take it straight, whilst
others mix it with their own favourite fresh fruit juice. Others dilute our
100% Noni juice with water to reduce it's strength.
